On October 14th, the National Atomic Energy Agency, in collaboration with the People's Government of Sichuan Province and the International Atomic Energy Agency, hosted the 2nd Ministerial Conference of the World Fusion Energy Group and the 30th International Atomic Energy Agency Conference on Fusion Energy in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. As the most widely participated and influential professional international conference in the global nuclear fusion science and engineering field, this event attracted nearly 2,000 experts, scholars, and industry representatives from 61 countries and international organizations around the world, including Russia, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, and Ethiopia. Zhongke Fuhai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Fuhai") was invited to attend the conference and showcased its achievements in domestic large-scale cryogenic refrigeration equipment and cryogenic engineering, as well as their industry applications, in the exhibition area of the conference.

The theme of the 2nd Ministerial Conference of the World Fusion Energy Group is "Fusion Energy: The Future of Clean Energy". The theme of the 30th Fusion Energy Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency is "Innovation and Future of Fusion Energy - Technology, Cooperation and Sustainable Development". Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Premier of the State Council Zhang Guocqin attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Director-General of the National Atomic Energy Agency of China, Shang Zhongde, delivered the keynote speech at the opening ceremony titled "Implementing the Four Global Initiatives and Working Together to Promote High-Quality International Development of Nuclear Energy". Governor of Sichuan Province Wang Xiaohui, Governor of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government Shi Xiaolin, Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi, Director-General of ITER Organization Petro Barabaschi, President of the EU Fusion Commission Tony Dorn, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of China Chen Jiachang, Deputy Director-General of the National Atomic Energy Agency Liu Jing, Chairman of China National Nuclear Corporation Shen Yanfeng, General Manager Zhang Tao, etc. attended the opening ceremony.

During the conference, 56 units including China National Nuclear Corporation, Southwest Institute of Nuclear Physics, China Physical Engineering Research Institute, and various commercial fusion companies, research institutions, universities, and supply chain enterprises participated in the supporting exhibition of the conference. They fully showcased the recent fusion research cooperation and innovation achievements both domestically and internationally. Chongqing Fuhe Co., Ltd. participated in this exhibition with large-scale hydrogen and helium cryogenic refrigeration equipment, cryogenic engineering supporting products, solutions for extracting helium from liquefied natural gas, large-scale hydrogen liquefaction devices and Liquid Hydrogen Storage and transportation system solutions. They presented to the conference attendees the technical strength and product applications of China's independently developed large-scale cryogenic refrigeration equipment, and received unanimous praise from the industry.

Low temperature is the "key guaranteeer" for the successful operation of controlled nuclear fusion, providing indispensable support for this cutting-edge technology. It enables superconducting magnets to fully perform their functions, stably generating a powerful magnetic field, like a sturdy "container" that firmly confines the high-temperature plasma, ensuring that these high-energy particles continuously collide and react within the designated area. It is with the support of low temperature that nuclear fusion reactions can overcome the problem of disorderly diffusion and achieve continuous and controllable operation, laying the core foundation for humanity to obtain clean and efficient energy.

Based on the technological achievements of the core technology of the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhongke Fuhe has been steadily making breakthroughs in the large-scale low-temperature engineering field within the temperature range of 20K to 2K. It has independently developed a series of core technologies such as high-speed gas-bearing turbine expander, ultra-low leakage ultra-low-temperature helium negative pressure heat exchanger, high-stability centrifugal cold compressor, and the integration and regulation of large-scale complex low-temperature systems. In China, it has successfully developed more than 30 sets of products covering the entire spectrum of Helium Refrigeration and liquefaction devices, including 40L/h, 70L/h, 400W, 500W, 850W, 1kW, 2kW, and 4kW, and has been successfully applied in major scientific infrastructure projects such as the Korean National Nuclear Fusion Research, the Controllable Nuclear Fusion Tokamak Device, and the Guangdong Provincial Laboratory for Advanced Energy Science and Technology. This has completely broken the foreign technological monopoly and achieved independent control of large-scale low-temperature core equipment. The 850W@4.5K large helium refrigeration machine independently developed by Zhongke Fuhe has been operating stably for over 10,000 hours, providing an extremely low-temperature environment guarantee for national heavy equipment; the 4000W@4.5K large helium refrigeration system is operating stably, providing the necessary low-temperature working environment for superconducting cavities and superconducting magnets; the 18kW large refrigeration system developed and integrated by the Institute of Physics and manufactured by Zhongke Fuhe will be used in the HIAF (Huizhou High Intensity Heavy Ion Accelerator Device) and CiADS (Accelerator-Driven Transmutation Research Device) projects undertaken by the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The 30th Fusion Energy Conference is ongoing. The technical strength and innovative achievements of Chongqing Fuhai in the field of fusion energy have received extensive attention from experts and scholars, as well as industry representatives in the global fusion energy research and engineering fields. In recent years, a series of breakthroughs have been made in key technologies of fusion energy at home and abroad, and the industry has entered a "fast lane" of development. Chongqing Fuhai's domestic large-scale cryogenic equipment will provide strategic support for the development of fusion energy in China and abroad, helping to illuminate the "fusion lamp" of China. In the future, the company will continue to innovate, deepen technology, and strengthen international cooperation, contributing Chinese strength to the global fusion energy cause.
