Recently, the Phase I project of Guangdong Zhongke Jiancheng Low-Temperature Storage and Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Base, operated by Zhongke Fuhai, was successfully selected for the 2025 (Second Batch) “Outstanding Structural Engineering Quality Evaluation” list released by the Jiangmen Construction Industry Association. This distinction represents one of the most authoritative recognitions for structural engineering quality in Jiangmen’s construction sector, signifying that the project’s overall excellence in design, construction, and management has been fully acknowledged by the industry.

The Zhongke Jiancheng Low-Temperature Storage and Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Project is located in Kaiping City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of RMB 1.536 billion. The first-phase investment amounts to approximately RMB 304 million, covering the construction of Production Plant No. 1, a workshop office building, and various supporting facilities including site leveling, roads, landscaping, water supply and drainage, power distribution, natural gas, and fire protection systems. The project is invested and developed by Guangdong Zhongke Jiancheng Deep Low-Temperature Equipment Industrial Park Co., Ltd., jointly established by Zhongke Fuhai and Kaiping State-Owned Capital Management Group Co., Ltd. Construction commenced in August 2024 and is scheduled for full completion in September 2025.

The Zhongke Jiancheng storage and transportation equipment manufacturing project features complex processes, high technical difficulty, stringent quality standards, tight schedules, and strong requirements for flexible adaptability. To address these challenges, the project adopts a typical steel-structure design and integrates drone-assisted construction technology. Due to the large span, long length, and high hoisting density of the single plant building, extremely high standards were imposed on structural design rationality, construction intensity, and precision, along with strict requirements for quality control throughout the entire design and construction process. To ensure high-quality project delivery, the project management team coordinated all parties involved, who deployed core personnel to form specialized teams that worked collaboratively and efficiently to achieve construction targets.

As a key provincial, municipal, and county-level project, the Zhongke Jiancheng Storage and Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Project serves as an important driver for Kaiping City in building one of Guangdong’s first “dual-carbon” pilot cities and in advancing its hydrogen energy industry development. It is also a crucial initiative for promoting the “High-Quality Development Program for Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns, and Tens of Thousands of Villages,” facilitating orderly industrial transfer, and strengthening the county-level economy. Upon completion, the project will become China’s first large-scale low-temperature storage and transportation equipment manufacturing base.
