Fullcryo Fuji Integrated Gas Island Project was successfully put into operation
Recently, the comprehensive gas island project of Henan Fullcryo Fuji Gas Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fullcryo Fuji"), a holding subsidiary of Beijing Sinoscience Fullcryo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fullcryo"), was successfully put into operation, producing krypton. The purity of gas and xenon products is 99.999%, the purity of liquid oxygen is 99.6%, and the purity of liquid nitrogen is 99.999%. All indicators exceed the design indicators. The device operates smoothly and successfully completes the established gas supply target.
Fullcryo Fuji project site
Fullcryo Fuji was established in January 2022. The integrated gas island project is located in the green petrochemical advanced materials base in Mengjin District, Luoyang City, covering an area of 26,667.02 square meters. The project mainly produces and constructs 300TPD all-liquid air separation and 400NM3/H high-purity rare gas krypton and Xenon Refining devices. This air separation project compresses and purifies air, uses low-temperature separation to produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, and fully taps the krypton and xenon resources in the surrounding market, purifying and processing the extremely small amounts of xenon and krypton into 5N-level high-purity xenon and high-purity Krypton gas has successfully established a rare gas production base for the Central Plains region. The 300TPD all-liquid air separation plant was put into operation in December 2023 and is operating stably, with a daily output of 200 tons of 99.999% liquid nitrogen and 100 tons of 99.6% liquid oxygen, effectively meeting Haohua’s gas and liquid product supply needs. At the same time, abundant products will meet the needs of surrounding companies. The gas demand for liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen can be realized to achieve self-sufficiency in gas products in the agglomeration area and reduce transportation costs. The installation and construction of the 400NM3/A high-purity rare gas krypton and xenon refining device was completed in December 2023. It has recently produced xenon and krypton gas products with a product purity of 5N. The device is running smoothly, and all indicators have met or exceeded the design requirements. This device is a high-purity rare gas krypton and xenon refining device independently developed, independently designed and successfully integrated by Fullcryo. It adopts an integral skid-mounted structure. All components are installed as a whole in the factory at one time and leave the factory after strict leak detection. Greatly reduce the amount of on-site construction and effectively ensure product manufacturing quality. The successful commissioning of the krypton and xenon refining equipment will effectively promote the rapid development of high-precision industries such as semiconductors.
