On November 29th, 2023, the 4000W@4.5k Helium Refrigerator product provided by Fullcryo for the high energy density test platform of the Advanced Energy Science and Technology Guangdong Provincial Laboratory successfully passed the on-site acceptance by the user and expert group and met the factory requirements. This set of 4000W@4.5K helium refrigerator is the core device of the low-temperature system of the high-energy density test platform. It is used to provide the necessary low-temperature working environment for the superconducting cavity and superconducting magnets to ensure the smooth progress of various research and tests.

The expert group and user representatives carefully listened to the project team's report on key nodes in the manufacturing process of the refrigerator product, checked the test results of various factory technical indicators of the helium refrigerator, and reviewed key process documents and process quality control information， and went to the site to check the overall status of the refrigerator product, witnessed the interlayer vacuum degree of the refrigerator cold box, and conducted a simulation test of the control system. The expert group unanimously determined that the factory test results of the complete set of 4000W@4.5K helium refrigerator equipment met and exceeded the design requirements, and agreed that the set of equipment passed factory acceptance. The 4000W helium refrigerator product successfully passed the factory acceptance, marking that FULLCRYO has broken through the core key technologies in the design and manufacturing of kilowatt-level Helium Refrigeration equipment, laying the foundation for the subsequent development of helium refrigeration equipment with larger cooling capacity.
