Anhui Fuyang FULLCRYO Haohai high purity Rare Gases Rectification project

The first phase of the high purity noble gas project jointly invested by FULLCRYO and Hao Yuan Group includes a 20Nm³/h Neon-Helium Refining Device

and a 400Nm³/h krypton-Xenon Refining device. The total investment of the project is about 100 million yuan, covering an area of 20,000㎡. The

neon-helium-krypton-xenon refining plant was successfully put into operation in 2021. The purity of neon, helium, krypton-xenon products is

99.9995%, which breaks the technical monopoly of foreign gas companies on large-scale rare gas refining equipment, and effectively alleviates the situation of excessive dependence on imports of high-purity rare gases.
